Friend, urgent news! Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case on the constitutionality of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

In the worst-case scenario, the court could issue a verdict that would deem the CFPB’s entire structure unconstitutional, leading to its complete dissolution. This decision would leave the American people on their own and at the mercy of financial predators.

When the bureau is run effectively (i.e., not by Mick Mulvaney or Kathy Kraninger), it serves as a stalwart defender of consumer rights. We can’t afford to let the Supreme Court strike down the entire CFPB.
