It’s been over two weeks since Republicans ousted their own Speaker. Since then, they have been utterly incapable of electing a new Speaker, and our government remains at a standstill.
Because Lori Chavez-DeRemer and her MAGA colleagues are unwilling or unable to get their act together, Congress is unable to address the urgent matters facing our country and our allies. And we have fewer than 28 days until the government shuts down all together.
At a time when our country needs serious leaders, Chavez-DeRemer and her MAGA allies are weakening our country and endangering our communities with their dysfunction.
We must flip the House back to blue in 2024 to end the ongoing Republican chaos in Washington.
