Katie Hobbs (D) and Attorney General Kris Mayes (D) and therefore has not been implemented.
-
Kenneth Chesebro, who served as an attorney for former President Donald Trump in his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy to file false documents as part of an agreement with Fulton County, Georgia prosecutors.
-
Just yesterday, another former Trump lawyer, Sidney Powell, pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor charges. Chesebro and Powell were originally scheduled to go to trial together on Monday.
-
In Louisiana, a federal district court scheduled a hearing for Feb. 5-9 on a new, fair congressional map for 2024. The hearing was originally scheduled for Oct. 3-5, but Republicans delayed the process.

-
A series of recent audits and investigations across three states have revealed close to a thousand polling places that are non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act or are otherwise inaccessible to voters with disabilities.
-
