That was not the case when Democrats were in the Majority.

As your Speaker and with the leadership of President Biden, Democrats passed historic legislation For the People and created millions of jobs – with the thinnest majorities

– We strengthened healthcare, protected Social Security and Medicare, and made the largest investments to fight climate change ever.

– We never threatened a government shutdown or launched bogus investigations to score political points.

– We never embarrassed our country on the global stage.

John, it’s time to end the chaos of this extremist Republican Majority once and for all.
