Let’s be honest: when it comes to voting in the interest of women, Pete Stauber is no expert.

-He’s spoken against the Child Care for Working Families Act which would ease the burden of childcare that falls unequally onto women.
-He voted against removing the deadline on the Equal Rights Ammendment, blocking our ability to ratify an act that guarantees legal gender equality for women and men.
-He goes along with an administration that would prefer to slash health care access and fight it in court rather than make it easier for women—and all people—to get the care they need.

Women are the political powerhouse of the country, donating more to political candidates than anyone else. Don’t the women and people of Minnesota deserve an elected official who knows that a vote for women-centered policy is a vote for policy that betters us all?

We think they do.
