After years of relentless advocacy efforts by Emgage Action and our coalition partners, H.R. 2214 the NO BAN Act, will finally hit the House floor for a full vote.

The NO BAN Act is a historic bill which will effectively repeal every iteration of Trump's Muslim, asylum, refugee, and African bans. This bill will ensure that no future administration can abuse the power of the Immigration and Naturalization Act to instill future blanket bans based on religion or national origin.
