You are receiving this email because you have signed up to be notified when the Regulatory Compliance Division of the Office of the Governor commences a review of a proposed rule or issues a determination letter on a proposed rule under review. Authorized by Senate Bill 1995 during the 86th Regular Legislative Session, the Regulatory Compliance Division conducts an independent review of certain state agencies? proposed rules that affect market competition to assess their consistency with state policy as clearly articulated by the Legislature in state statute.
The Regulatory Compliance Division has recently issued a determination letter for the following proposed rules:
- Texas Board of Nursing, Title 22 Texas Administrative Code ?214.3, 214.6, 214.7, 215.3, 215.6, and 215.7 (RCD Rule Review #2023-003)
The division has approved the proposed rules, which detail program, administration, and faculty requirements for vocational and professional nursing schools.
