I hope you folks are keeping your chins up during these trying times. The world has been through a real rough patch lately, with all of us stuck to our screens watching the heartbreaking situation in Gaza unfold. My heart goes out to the victims who are caught up in that turmoil, and I can assure you my Republican colleagues and I are doing everything in our power to get Israel the aid they need to end Hamas for good.
But amidst all the destruction, I wanted to offer a bit of good news for your Friday—all the sweat and toil we've put into the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) hearings; it's not been for nothing.
I'm thrilled to share that, as a member of the House of Representatives, I'll soon have access to the classified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) room. I and some other lawmakers will finally be able to take a close gander at the classified UAP documents that have been hidden under lock and key for Lord knows how long.
This news has the Pentagon shaking in their boots—and rightfully so. They’ve been trying to cover this up since 1947 but now it’s not just my brave buddy David Grusch sounding the alarm bells; more than half of America believes there is something else out there and they’re demanding answers now.
Back in July, when we first busted through that barrier and brought the truth out in the open, I made a real commitment to you all. I promised to keep on pushing, and now I'm delivering on that pledge. As I've been saying for years, what we really need is just some good old transparency. We don't need more cash, extra research, or any more excuses. What we're after are some dadgum honest answers and I am hopeful we’ll have them before Christmas.
