FIRST: Multiple independent polls put Cal Cunningham (D) ahead of Thom Tillis (R) in North Carolina’s Senate race, including this month’s poll showing Cunningham surging with a 5% lead. 

THEN: A dark money group with ties to McConnell and Republican special interests started spending millions of dollars to interfere in the North Carolina Senate primary. 

BUT YESTERDAY: Cunningham won his primary -- dealing a defeat to those Republican special interests and sending a message to the GOP establishment that Democrats are ready to flip the Senate in November. 

NOW: Thom Tillis is one of the weakest Republican incumbents running for reelection this year, which is why we need grassroots Democrats to step up today to help us flip this seat and others like it.
