Key Napa Education Leader Endorses Cabaldon for SD 3

Region’s Education Leaders Continue to Consolidate Behind Cabaldon

West Sacramento, CA —   Today, Christopher Cabaldon’s campaign for State Senate announced Napa Valley Unified School District Board President David Garcia has enthusiastically endorsed his campaign for State Senate District 3.


In response to the endorsement, Cabaldon said, “I am honored to have the support of the President of Napa Valley’s largest school district and look forward to the opportunity to work with David and educators throughout our region to ensure our students and public schools have the resources and support they need to to be successful.”  


Napa Valley Unified School District is the largest in Napa, serving over 16,500 students across 27 schools in grades TK - 12 in Napa, Yountville, and American Canyon. Garcia joins a broad and rapidly expanding coalition of labor, business, education, community leaders, elected officials, and neighbors supporting Cabaldon’s bid for State Senate.

Cabaldon’s commitment to innovation and progress is evident in his groundbreaking initiatives, including establishing universal preschool, career pathways, college savings accounts, as well as flood protection, sustainable land use, urban farms, and next-gen transit.
