unanimously passed a bipartisan resolution standing with Israel and condemning Hamas.

In the House, the Foreign Affairs Committee passed two important pieces of AIPAC-backed legislation that increase the pressure on Iran and Hamas.

The SHIP Act, led by Reps. Mike Lawler and Jared Moskowitz, targets Iran&rsquo;s oil exports.

The Hamas International Financing Prevent Act, led by Reps. Brian Mast and Josh Gottheimer, sanctions foreign individuals who provide support to Hamas or Islamic Jihad. These bills now need to be passed by a full House vote.
Today, the Department of Homeland Security

announced that Israelis can immediately begin taking advantage of the Visa Waiver Program to travel to the United States.


President Biden will deliver a live address tonight at 8:00 PM ET from the Oval Office and announce an emergency aid package for Israel, pending approval from Congress. This money will likely be included in a broad bill that includes additional resources for Ukraine, Taiwan and border security.
