Gerrymandering lets politicians pick their voters, instead of the other way around. That means MAGA extremists like Matt Gaetz know they never have to worry about facing a real challenge when they run for reelection. Even if they:
❌ Side with violent insurrectionists by voting to overturn legitimate election results
❌ Vote for extreme abortion bans that a majority of voters don’t want
❌ Push our country to the brink by threatening to default on our nation’s debt or shut down the government
