** Chile Surf Ecosystem Protection Update:

In September, Save The Waves visited Punta de Lobos World Surfing Reserve in Pichilemu and Piedra del Viento Coastal Marine Sanctuary in Topocalma and Puertecillo, two projects that have set milestones for the conservation of surf ecosystems in Chile and important precedents for other global reagons.

During the visit, our partner Patricio Mekis from Corporación Parque Punta de Lobos reaffirmed the collaboration agreement between Save The Waves, Punta de Lobos, and the surf communities in Chile, and gave an update on the progress of the park.
