Due to conflict within the Republican majority, the House is still without a Speaker of the House.

This isn’t normal, but this is what happens when the party in power is beholden to the demands of MAGA extremists.

House Republicans have day after day failed to come to an agreement to elect anybody to Speaker of the House. Instead, all they have done is air their intra-party grievances publicly rather than get to work for the American people.

This much is clear: When Democrats are in control, we deliver for the American people. When the radical right is in control, it’s chaos.

But still, House Democrats are determined to deliver for the American people.
