Can we share a fact with you, team?
While women make up half of the country’s population, they only make up 25% of those who run for office.
Why? Because running for office is hard in a man’s world. We’ve noticed it firsthand in this race too: We couldn’t tell you how many times we’ve heard “Lindsey has to wait her turn,” or “Is she really ready?”
But Lindsey isn’t running for AG because it’s easy. She knew the obstacles she’d face when she announced her campaign. She’s dealt with it her entire life.
You know what she’s done when faced with those challenges? Fight even harder to prove them wrong.
- She worked multiple jobs to pay for college.
- She became a successful lawyer defending working families.
- Now, she’s going to the best dang Attorney General the state of Louisiana has ever seen.
The most important thing for a first-time candidate to do is get their name out there — far and wide. When people know Lindsey’s story and why she’s in this fight, they’re more likely to vote for her.
Here’s how we plan on doing it:

Yard signs. Lots of them. Across all 64 parishes in Louisiana.
Folks, we’re getting ready to buy another shipment of yard signs ahead of the Nov. 18 runoff, but we need $682 to fulfill the order. Can you pitch in $10 before midnight toward our yard sign fund to help us elect Lindsey?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
This campaign is bigger than just one person. It’s about building a Louisiana we can all be proud of. As the next AG, Lindsey will fight to bring ALL of our voices to Baton Rouge. Thank you for your support!
