The stakes this November are high, John,
Pennsylvania’s judicial elections tend to be low-turnout elections. But John, voting on November 7 could not be more critical. The PA Supreme Court Justices will preside over cases that affect voting rights, abortion access, healthcare, family leave, and more.
The very fabric of our democracy is at stake. NPP CEO Kadida Kenner recently stated to the Bucks County Beacon, “It just has to be expressed the importance that we have at this moment to make sure that we are voting for judges that are going to protect our rights and our freedoms.”
You don’t have to take it from us. The Brennan Center for Justice’s new resource, State Court Report, released a video explaining the importance of State Court Systems. Did you know more than 95% of all cases in the U.S. are filed in state courts? You can watch it here:

We keep repeating one phrase to our voters and supporters: preserve our democracy. That is what this election is about. We have the opportunity to strengthen our courts – we cannot fall short.
Onward,
Team NPP
