AUTUMN APPEAL

Dear SPUC supporter

The abortion lobby is ploughing vast sums of money into persuading Parliament to scrap the few remaining legal protections for unborn children AND women.

Will you help DEFEAT them before it’s too late?

Since the pills-by-post scheme was introduced—three and a half years ago—abortion pills have sparked a huge RISE in UK abortion killings.

(We estimate around 272,000 abortions took place last year alone.)

And women who succumb to the scheme’s enticing propaganda are suffering hugely.

Yet FACTS about home abortion dangers (see below) are NOT common knowledge:

1. Ambulance calls outs for them rose by between 64% and 100% in England and Wales respectively in the year the pills-by-post scheme was introduced
2. Hospitalisations have increased massively too
2. Psychological harm the scheme is reeking is having an awful toll on women.

Emotional fallout can be worst of all.

One young woman described her experience of giving birth to her dead child at home as anything but the simple convenient solution the abortion provider had her believe it would be:

"The at-home abortion is being made to make you think that you’re doing it [abortion] in the comfort of your own home, without you know, having to travel to a clinic or hospital.

“But then you’ve got the memory of the loss your child in your home forever.

“If I could go back, my decision would be completely different. I would never want my worst enemy to feel the way that I’m feeling now, because it’s the worst feeling in the world.”

But if plans by leading abortion provider, BPAS, to decriminalise abortion in the UK altogether, tragic cases like the one reported here will become even more COMMON place and ignored.

That’s why I need your help today to STOP the deadly and dangerous pills-by-post scheme and WARN women about the HARM that they face- both physical and emotional – before it’s too late.
