I always start the day by expressing gratitude. Today, I am grateful for all your birthday wishes this past weekend. I am also grateful for the opportunity to serve the great state of Maryland.

Serving as your governor is not something I take lightly. This position requires a great amount of honesty, hard work, and transparency. It requires meeting folks where they are and fighting every day to leave no one behind.
