This case revolves around the Democrats' attempt to redraw our Congressional district lines through a "lunacy petition."

Why is this so concerning, you ask?

The implications are enormous. The current congressional lines, drawn by a court-appointed expert, have produced a fair representation of 15 Democrats and 11 Republicans.

However, partisan Democrats are pushing to manipulate these lines to their advantage, potentially tipping the balance of power in favor of the Democrats in the House of Representatives.

It's essential to understand that, based on the law and the state Constitution, this case should be dismissed outright. The lines are fair, and the state's Independent Redistricting Commission will have another opportunity in 2032. We must protect the integrity of our democratic processes.
