It's been over two weeks since Speaker Kevin McCarthy was ousted – and Republicans still haven't been able to choose a speaker, john.

We only have 30 days left before another impending government shutdown, and crises are continuing in Israel and Ukraine. But House Republicans still can't work amongst themselves to make the House function.

This chaos is untenable and shows that extreme House Republicans are incapable of governing. That's why no matter who Republicans choose as the next speaker, we must ensure that Democrats retake the House majority in 2024.
