I have some really exciting news I am thrilled to share with you – labor is standing with our campaign for Assembly!

I am proud to announce the endorsements of THREE major labor associations this week:

SEIU California, representing 700,000 nurses, healthcare workers, janitors, social workers, security officers, in-home caregivers, school and university employees, court workers, and city, county and state employees across California.

The San Francisco Building and Construction Trades Councils, representing 27 construction and trades unions throughout the city.

The San Francisco Labor Council, representing 150 unions and 100,000 members and their families fighting for economic and social justice for our city.

I am excited to join each of these great organizations to continue the fight for fair wages, strong working conditions and policies that will make our state a better, more equitable place to live and work.

These endorsements further underscore our campaign’s commitment that a better California starts right here in our neighborhoods, and especially in our places of work.
