In Israel and Gaza, we are working with longtime partner organizations on the ground to address the most urgent medical needs of civilians caught in the crossfire. We provided funding for medicines, such as antibiotics, intravenous fluids and medical supplies, which are prepositioned in Egypt awaiting transport into Gaza as soon as a humanitarian corridor is established. We are also in active discussion with partners about how we can help with the mental health needs of those who have experienced horrific violence and the tragic loss of loved ones.
