Louisiana has openly admitted that the law we are challenging in this case is identical to a Texas restriction that the Supreme Court declared unconstitutional almost four years ago in our landmark case, Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt. The state has made it clear that even Supreme Court precedent won't stop them from charging ahead in their attempts to legislate abortion out of existence.
