Come learn the story of worker's successful organizing drive at a Smithfield pork processing plant with United Food and Commercial Workers. We will be watching the documentary "Union Time" then host a discussion on what lessons this campaign can teach today's resurgent labor movement. Discussants will include experienced labor organizers Jeff Rousset (Campaign Manager of Dr. Flo Cofer for Sacramento City Mayor) and Ian Lee (Jolie Media and Communications Specialist at SEIU1021).
