All week, our opponent Mike Garcia has been whipping support for
Jim Jordan's bid for Speaker of House. This is the same guy who’s best-known for pushing a nationwide abortion ban and led the charge to overturn President Biden's victory in 2020.
As a reminder, Biden won CA-27 by nearly 13 points in that election. It’s bad enough that Garcia’s backing Jim Jordan, what’s almost worse is how incapable he is of generating consensus.
One Republican even cast their vote for Mike Garcia -- even though he’s not running, and even though he endorsed Jim Jordan. 🤔
It’s a mess, and we think Garcia said it best:

actually send Republicans into the minority, and Mike Garcia packing once and for all.
George is officially the ONLY Democratic candidate challenging Mike Garcia in CA-27. This is a very rare (and very important) opportunity to build early momentum in this toss up race. So we need ask:
