Learn about the feasibility and effectiveness of administering medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD) within a Twelve Step treatment program. Hazelden Betty Ford’s chief medical officer, Marvin D. Seppala, MD, will describe the treatment center’s evidence-based protocols targeting OUD and discuss results of a six-month outcomes study showing dramatic improvements in treatment retention, engagement and continuous abstinence rates.
