John,
In the nine months since Lucas launched his campaign to replace Josh Hawley, national groups, local leaders, and tens of thousands of working people across Missouri have lined up to support our grassroots movement.
So before we ask you to add a donation of any amount toward our campaign to elect Lucas Kunce to the U.S. Senate, here’s an update:
IN JUNE: Lucas rolled out his first big slate of endorsements — including statewide labor organizations like the Missouri AFL-CIO, former statewide elected officials like Lt. Gov. Joe Maxwell + Auditor Susan Montee, and community leaders like St. Louis County Council Chairwoman Shalonda Webb.
These early endorsements made it clear that Lucas is building the relationships and coalitions across the state that he needs to flip this Senate seat next year.
IN SEPTEMBER: Another major national organization, League of Conservation Voters, announced their support for Lucas in this election. They’re all-in because they know that this race is our best chance to flip a GOP-held U.S. Senate seat in 2024 — and they know that Lucas has what it takes to do it.
AND JUST LAST WEEK: Over 14,000 healthcare providers, higher education faculty, janitors, nursing home workers, first responders, and social service workers united in the SEIU Missouri/Kansas State Council announced they’re officially endorsing Lucas.
This marks another major signal of support for Lucas from Missouri’s election-winning labor movement, who’ve united together to get major wins for everyday people in our state, like Medicaid expansion + a higher minimum wage.
Lucas is running to defeat Josh Hawley because everyday Missourians deserve someone looking out for them in the U.S. Senate — and from investing in our communities to protecting our planet and standing up for American workers and the union way of life, Lucas is ready to serve.

Thanks for helping us get it done,
