October 18, 2023 ? Docket No. 10008-60-CT-23 (Record No. 17410) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Niobrara Electric Association, Inc. (NEA or the Cooperative) to revise its tariff to reflect a monthly minimum charge of the facilities charge plus $1.00 per kVa of installed capacity over 300 kVa subject to notice, protest, intervention, possible hearing, refund, change, further investigation, and further order of the Commission.
