The pressure is working. We have, once again, defeated Jim Jordan’s vain quest to become Speaker of the House of Representatives and second in line to the presidency!

Democrats have held firm in their opposition to Jordan, a man who helped plan Trump’s attempted coup after he lost the 2020 election. And our pressure worked: enough Republicans wavered to stop Jordan in his tracks.

Jordan is one of the least effective members of Congress. He has passed ZERO bills into law in over 10 years in office. He makes $174,000 per year but is worth $22 million...somehow. And he is totally unfit to serve—he knew about allegations of abuse at OSU and said nothing; and he violated the Constitution to help keep Trump in power after the 2020 election.

I have spoken with thousands of traditional Republican voters in our district: they all say that Jim Jordan doesn’t show up, he doesn’t care, and he treats his constituents with contempt. He deserves to lose this election.

I flew out to D.C. today to join thousands of other advocates for democracy and freedom to PROTEST and fight back to prevent Jordan from becoming Speaker under ANY circumstances:
