Dear Challenge Success Community Members,

As we reflect on the past 20 years of our work, we are struck by the generosity of our donors and the commitment of school leaders, families, and students across the country. Together, we have been building a movement that prioritizes well-being, engagement, and belonging in schools, and your partnership has been instrumental in this journey.

Earlier this year, we launched our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan ([link removed]) with a focus on expanding our reach and deepening our impact with the schools and families we serve. Our team is actively pursuing goals in the areas of equity and access, enduring school improvement and impact, thought leadership, and a sustainable business model.

This ambitious plan requires a significant financial investment; our goal is to raise $300,000 by December 1. Your support is critical to our work and will directly support our strategic initiatives as well as our programs, workshops, and surveys with schools around the country.

Thank you for considering a gift of any amount to the Challenge Success Annual Fund. Gifts of all sizes are meaningful and appreciated. Together, we will continue to empower schools and families to transform the student experience.

Sincerely,

Lisa Busby, Board Chair

Megan Pacheco, Executive Director
