One of Tina’s favorite parts of the job in this first year has been visiting people in their hometowns and hearing about their concerns in their own communities. It’s why she promised to visit all 36 counties in her first year in office — and now we have the latest update from the One Oregon Listening Tour!

In Lake County, Tina visits Christmas Valley to discuss economic development and renewable energy with local leaders.

In Klamath County, the Governor and First Lady hold a roundtable discussion with early childhood leaders at Klamath Family Head Start.

In Jackson County, Tina learns more about cheesemaking at Rogue Creamery in Central Point!

Tina always comes back from these trips re-energized and extra motivated to tackle the challenges that folks around the state are facing.
