It’s official! Last week Governor Gavin Newsom signed all of the NPH-sponsored bills on his desk into law! 🎉

10/20, HLC: Housing Leadership Day For over two decades, Housing Leadership Day has been a vital hub for sharing expertise and resources and working together to make affordable housing a reality in our neighborhoods. This year, our partners at Housing Leadership Council have curated eight dynamic workshops featuring a deep dive into social housing and an exploration of the upcoming BAHFA Ballot. But there's more! HLC is excited to introduce the distinguished keynote speaker, Tomiquia Moss, CEO of All Home, who will impart a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to fuel our continued housing advocacy efforts at the event.

Broadband Installation Grants for Affordable Housing – Deadline: January 1! The CA Public Utilities Commission has grants available to pay up to 100% of broadband equipment, installation and engineering at new or existing affordable housing sites. Applications are due January 1 and July 1, 2024. Applications are simple, not scored and noncompetitive.
