“I walked for a time when I couldn’t see a way forward”
Ash completed the Lost Hours Walk to raise money for CALM’s webchat, which helped him to Stay when things got too much. He walked with his partner and followed the route he took the night he thought about taking his own life.
“I walked to let people know there’s help out there”
Lily walked in memory of her brother Sean, who she lost to suicide. Lily and her family used the lost hour as time to support one another and talk honestly about how they felt, all while doing something positive in Sean’s memory.
