Since the first time I emailed you this year, you’ve shown me your support day in and day out. 

You’ve spoken out when our values were threatened. You’ve taken action to keep our great state red.

Now, after a great showing by Texas Republicans at the polls in today’s primary election, you’ve officially catapulted our campaign on to the next step: the general. I simply can’t thank you enough for your support. 

Thank you for instilling your trust in me. Thank you for choosing me as your fighter. 

Tonight, I promise you that I will never give up. I will never stop fighting for our values. I will never rest until our conservative values are solidified for years to come. 

But friend, a word of caution… 

We begin our charge to the finish line tonight, but so do Texas Democrats. They will not hold any punches. They will come at us with everything they’ve got. They will do everything in their power to flip Texas BLUE.

We’re going to need all hands on deck. I’m counting on you to step up in a big way – because this will be the fight of our lives. 

As we move from the primary into the general, I want to make sure that we, as Texas Republicans, are ready for anything. 

I will be calling on you regularly, over the next 9 months, to step up to the plate and defend the Lone Star State.
