Ballots for the 2023 local elections are already being mailed out so make sure you are checking your mailboxes and have a plan to vote, and vote early! We just activated a new team of seven trained and verified conservative volunteers in Pierce County who are building relationships in their neighborhoods. We are helping conservatives get their ballots in right away! 

Over the next week we will send you information on how to track your ballot to verify that it has been counted. Please check your County GOP website for voting recommendations in your area.

I also wanted to send you an update on our 'Secure Your Vote' program that we launched at the beginning of this month. Chairman Jim Walsh set a goal to reach 200 conservative ballot box centers before next year's statewide elections.

Thanks to support of grassroots conservatives across the state, our initial launch has already raised $5,900 to purchase 40 more ballot boxes. $10, $25, $50, and even the full $150 at a time - grassroots conservatives are making an incredible impact in our state. The secure ballot boxes alone can cost up to $150 each - these aren't just a shoe box with a whole cut in it. And they are accompanied with voter information & materials, ballot tracking, and trained and verified conservative volunteer teams.

For decades, Republicans have been asking to vote in-person again in Washington State. Now you can.

Republicans have also been worried about whether or not returning a ballot through the Post Office is trustworthy. Now you don't have to worry about it.

Over the last month, the Washington State Republican Party has launched a program called 'Secure Your Vote'. 

This program includes several steps that encourages Republicans to vote, promotes legal ballot harvesting, and helps ensure that every vote is properly counted at the county elections office.

We are aligned with local businesses, churches, fishing & wildlife shops and conservative leaning groups to organize conservative ballot box centers across the state. We are also establishing grassroots conservative teams who will help you verify that your ballot was returned and counted by the county elections.

Building the statewide infrastructure for 'Secure Your Vote' is going to take a lot of grassroots power and resources. And they are accompanied with voter information & materials, ballot tracking, and trained grassroots volunteer teams.

Our first step is to train the grassroots conservative teams and to establish the secure ballot boxes. While we start with training, can you help us put in place more secure ballot boxes?

With your support, we can hit our goal of 200 verified conservative ballot box centers before the 2024 statewide election. That's $30,000 just for the secure ballot boxes alone, which we've already spent $4,000 of.

Grassroots conservatives are already hard at work in all 39 counties and here are some of the success stories so far:

- 9 conservative ballot boxes in Pierce county with 8 more on the way.

- 3 In-person voting events organized in Central WA with 8 ballot boxes being deployed this week.

- 15 churches have established conservative ballot box centers with hundreds of pastors encouraging voting within their congregations.

- tens-of-thousands of phone calls and text messages are being launched to conservative voters for the 2023 local elections to connect them with our trained and verified grassroots volunteers.

Not every county and district has a fully operational ballot box center yet, or a team of trained and verified grassroots conservatives helping voters secure their vote. We will keep growing. And continue building. And with your support, by next year we can hit our goal of 200 verified conservative ballot box centers in Washington State.

Ballot harvesting is legal in Washington State. Democrats have already been doing it in the shadows to win elections for the last decade.

Republicans in Washington State must start the effort now if we want to win close races for the foreseeable future. We will do it as aggressively as possible. We will conduct our efforts legally and with integrity. And in doing so, we will start winning again!
