John, Jim Jordan actively worked with Donald Trump to overturn the 2020 election results. He was one of the main figures who incited the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol. Now he’s on the verge of becoming the next Speaker of the House.

I’m furious that Republicans are allowing this to happen.

I say this with no exaggeration: Jim Jordan is one of the worst representatives serving in Congress at the moment. His incitement of the insurrectionists is only the tip of the iceberg for his far-right extremist politics.

This man cannot be second in line to the presidency. He cannot be put in a position of power where he could do innumerable damage to the American people.

The GOP has ground the People’s House to a halt. Democrats just want to be allowed to do our jobs and legislate, but Republicans have shown they’re unserious about governing.
