Yesterday, at the October meeting of Delegates to the Metro Washington Council, AFL-CIO, Delegates elected three new members to the Council's Executive Board. The new Board members are:
- Vice President: Greg Bowen, ATU Local 689
- Secretary: David Hoagland, DC Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 36
- Trustee: Chris Madello, Steamfitters UA Local 602
Congratulations to our new Board members and thank you Greg, David, and Chris for your willingness to serve! Thank you also to all the Delegates who joined us yesterday for the October meeting.

Bottom right: IUPAT DC51 was recently recognized for their outstanding work renovating the Patuxent Research Refuge. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, the refuge has been made safe and accessible for public use once again.
