This month marks the 54th anniversary of the passage of the Voting Rights Act, which eliminated discriminatory barriers to voting across the nation.

Passing this legislation was a huge accomplishment — and protecting it has to be a priority now. I’m asking you to stand with me in support of the Voting Rights Advancement Act.
