October 17, 2023 - Docket No. 30026-74-GC-23 (Record No. 17286) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Procedural Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing is scheduled regarding Lowell Lund?s (Mr. Lund or the Complainant) complaint against Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for red-tagging his meter leaving him without heat because of current safety regulations. The public hearing is set to commence on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission?s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
