The brave men and women of Arizona Law Enforcement have been forced to STEP UP where Joe Biden has FAILED.

An Arizona Sheriff’s Deputy fell over a guard rail while deploying tire spikes in a human smuggling crackdown.

He received multiple fractures and wounds. US Border Patrol agents were there to provide life saving medical aid before he was flown out for emergency surgery.
