Speaker Emerita Pelosi has long been a friend of Israel and of J Street’s.
In the immediate aftermath of Hamas’ heinous, murderous attack on
Israelis, she joined the San Francisco Jewish community for a gathering in
support of Israel and the victims.
We are deeply grateful that she is now taking the opportunity to speak to
our pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy community and offer us words of
wisdom, solace, and reflection when we need it most, as the deadly
Israel-Hamas war continues and President Biden heads to Israel to hold
urgent talks about what comes next.

care about the safety of the State of Israel and the Israeli people, all
those who care about the rights and safety of the Palestinian people, and
