Even as thousands of Israelis were being slaughtered by terrorists, some radical members of Congress refused to stand with our ally Israel.
Just look at these examples:
While Israelis were still being slaughtered, Reps. Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib called our democratic ally an “apartheid state” and called for an end to American security aid to Israel.
Rep. Omar made clear that while political leaders around the world are rightly standing with Israel, her priority is elsewhere: “As the world is condemning Hamas’s attacks, we must also oppose an Israeli military response that has already taken the lives of hundreds of Palestinians, including nearly two dozen children.”
She makes no mention that most of these Palestinians killed are terrorists!
Rep. Cori Bush also called for an end to American support for Israel — WHILE IRANIAN-BACKED TERRORISTS WERE STILL SLAUGHTERING INNOCENT ISRAELI MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN THE STREETS!
These statements against our democratic ally facing an unprecedented terrorist onslaught have no place in Congress!
Just last week in the Holy Land, underage girls were raped and paraded through the streets on video and members of Congress justified it as an issue where both sides are to blame.
Enough is enough.
Anyone who refuses to stand with America’s allies and instead gives slack to terrorist organizations does not belong in Congress.
The mission of AIPAC is to encourage and persuade the U.S. government to enact specific policies that create a strong, enduring and mutually beneficial relationship with our ally Israel.
