It's no secret, John.

Republicans want to repeal the Affordable Care Act and gut health care coverage from millions of Americans. And Theresa's extreme Republican opponent is with them every step of the way. She's already voted in the Senate to repeal it, even while there was no plan to replace it.

And now, the Supreme Court will hear yet another challenge to the ACA -- a challenge which could strike down the law in its entirety and put coverage at risk for millions. Health care is on the line this election, which is why it's so important we send Theresa to the Senate so we have a senator who will fight for our health care, not work to take it away.

Pitch in $5 right now to help us flip this seat -- and the Senate -- so we can fight for affordable health care.

If the ACA is struck down, people with pre-existing conditions and those on Medicaid could see their health care ripped away. We can't let that happen.

The only way we're going to be able to protect our health care from these extreme attacks is by taking back the majority from Mitch McConnell in November. But we can't flip the Senate without winning in Iowa, so we need your help making sure we have the resources it takes to win.

Will you pitch in $5 to help Theresa flip this seat, so she can fight to protect our health care in the Senate?
