John, there are 100 counties in North Carolina, and as Josh’s Finance Director, it’s my job to figure out how to fund our voter outreach campaigns in each one.

We’re going to talk with voters using all strategies – in person canvassing, mail, radio, TV, and digital. Associated costs also differ from location to location, and I’m the one who has to plan our budgets to fit. It’s a lot of pressure!
