On multiple occasions, Trump not only disparaged our fallen Troops, but insulted those wounded in battle.
He said he didn't want to go to an American Cemetery in France because: "It's filled with losers."
He said the nearly 2,000 Marines who fought and died in Belleau Wood were "suckers."
He didn't want to be seen with service members who had amputated limbs because "it doesn't look good for me."
On the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery he said: "I don't get it. What was in it for them?"
And our Active Duty — the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Guardians serving to protect our country? He doesn’t think much of them either.
Just yesterday Trump called senior officers, “...some of the dumbest people I’ve ever met in my life,” John. That is a direct quote.
There is never a time where it is acceptable for a former Commander in Chief to publicly disparage our Military like this, and especially not when they are running to become Commander in Chief again.
Our Active Duty can’t defend themselves from Traitor Trump. Our fallen can’t defend themselves from him. But VoteVets can.
