The election results in Poland have filled me with hope and happiness. The voter turnout was exceptional, and it was young people and women who made the real difference. This is a big moment for Poland and for Europe.
The PiS government lost its majority, and that is good news for all of us.
I'm excited to share that I was re-elected as Member of Parliament, along with Urszula Zielińska and Klaudia Jachira from the Green Party, Zieloni. This milestone could not have been possible without the huge support of so many great people in Poland and Europe who all believe in a better future—a future beyond nationalism and backward thinking.
The loss of power for the PiS government is good news for Europe and sends a strong message to far-right leaders like Viktor Orbán, who lost one of his key allies.
Our work, however, is far from over.
This victory gives us hope for the European Elections in 2024.
