It's hard to believe we are in the seventh month of our campaign. The journey has been an amazing time of personal growth in many respects. As a person of faith, I've always known the story of the Nation of Israel but the recent attacks on Israel by the hands of terrorists has deepened my understanding of the Jewish people. I've recently had the opportunity to attend a number of community rallies in response to the Hamas attacks, see below. |

Unite for Israel Rally October 15, 2023 - Village Green Park New York's Third Congressional district is home to a large and vibrant Jewish community. A 2020 study from the Brandeis and the Jewish Electoral Institute puts the Jewish population of NY-03 at 20%. While the study was conducted before redistricting, I'd assume it's roughly similar now considering the current composition of the district. In short, the atrocities committed in Israel hit home for a lot of NY-3 families. | | |

Stand with Israel Vigil October 12, 2023 - Firefighters Park During the course of the campaign I've had the opportunity to listen and learn from community activist, Jewish faith leaders, and political action groups dedicated to the US-Israeli relationship. In response to the Hamas attacks our community has come together to demonstrate strength and solidarity with the Nation of Israel. I'm humbled to join and lend my voice. | | |

Shoulder to Shoulder In my view, those seeking public office, while not public officials, have the opportunity and obligation to represent their community with their voice, presence and campaign platform.
