ACLU Supporter, I'm Gillian. An ACLU communications strategist focusing on transgender justice. I'm reaching out because it's LGBTQ History Month, and politicians are still coming after the rights and safety of transgender people: States across the country have banned youth from accessing lifesaving medical care, playing sports with their friends, and using their names and pronouns in class. With new bans popping up every day, it's incredibly important that the ACLU remains fully funded and ready to fight back. With supporters like you by our side, I remain hopeful that the just world we all deserve is not only possible – it's well within our reach. Thank you, Gillian Branstetter |
