Kaiser Permanente workers win 21% raises after historic nationwide strike

After their historic three-day strike, the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions won a new agreement that takes strong steps to address the staffing crisis, including 21% across-the-board raises for ALL regions between now and 2026 – the largest raise package in the history of the Kaiser Labor/Management Partnership. The agreement also includes renewed outsourcing and subcontracting protections for all classifications, and a $1,500 ratification bonus for all workers. CONGRATULATIONS to OPEIU Local 2 and all the members of the Coalition for this incredible victory!
