The weather in D.C. may be cooling off, but our programming is heating up!

Join us on at our event space on Thursday, October 19th, at 6:00 p.m. KDC Guild, a DC-based production company, will be hosting a night of music, art, and community at the Goethe-Institut Washington that you won’t want to miss!

Want to learn German — for free? The Career Bridge program has extended its application deadline to October 22nd. High school seniors and community college students with a passion for engineering can apply for a chance to learn German with a focus on job-related skills and knowledge, free of charge.

In search of an exciting new German-American publication? Gegenüber, the latest magazine by the Goethe-Institut in North America, is officially live! The first issue delves into the intertwined narratives of growth and degrowth in society. Dive in and join us as we question the notion of progress and envision a sustainable future together.
